Overview

The US Government created the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program to help encourage foreign nationals to invest in American businesses. The program provides a pathway to lawful United States permanent residence to those who invest USD$800,000 in a Regional Center. Regional Centers are investment opportunities pre-approved by the US Citizenship and Immigration Services.

INVESTMENT

Regional centres are investment opportunities pre-approved by the US Citizenship and Immigration Services. Applicants must make an investment of USD$800,000 and create full-time employment for at least 10 skilled US workers. Indirect employment is permitted.

Submit the completed application forms and required documents.

Obtain a National Interest Waiver.

File for an immigrant visa/adjustment of status allowing you and your family members to obtain Green Cards

Typical processing time is within 12 and 16 months for countries not experiencing a backlog.
